	This album was born of a long-time dream, nourished over the course of several years by numerous opportunities to play and sing together. What came out of these musical exchanges was unequivocal, contagious pleasure. Freshly picked, but perfectly ripe, the marvellous relationship between Marchand, Ornstein and Miron, in full flower on Le Bruit court dans la Ville, results in an album remarkable for its exquisite, sparing arrangements and brilliant interpretations. This recording has all the spontaneity of an impromptu get together, but with a tightness, texture and depth that confirms the maturity of the alliance.
